History of Wood knitting Board! The process of knitting on knitting boards originated in the 1500s in th mountain villages of Europe. The technique was passed down through the families, generation to generation. However, when the knitting machine was introduced, knitting boards all but disappeared. Now today NashaCor have brought this technique back to a new generation of knitters.
The knitting board is a centuries old hand knitting tool that creates beautiful, double knit. Now we have a smallest size 34 pins but in a future we'll made 16 pins is cute little wood knitting board can be tucked in your purse for projects on the go! Make cozy, warm scarves quickly and easily. A simple weave and hook process makes knitting fun and easy.
We have a 3 different size of wood knitting boards made of solid hardwood by Thai master craftsman and sanded to a smooth finish.
